Paper Pockets Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

In short: Paper Pockets does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you or your child. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything in the app happens on your device.

What the app collects

Nothing. Paper Pockets does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, photos, voice recordings, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage data. It does not use analytics, advertising, or any third-party software development kits that collect data.

What stays on your device

To work, the app keeps a small amount of information on your device only: which story packs your family has unlocked and a few display settings. This never leaves the device, is not sent to us, and is deleted when you delete the app.

Internet use

Stories, pictures and narration are built into the app and play offline. The only time the app goes online is when a parent opens the store to see prices, buy a pack, or restore purchases. That traffic goes to Apple's App Store.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We never see your payment details or Apple Account information. The store sits behind a parent check so that children cannot reach it on their own.

Children's privacy

Paper Pockets is made for children aged 3 to 5. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If we ever wanted to collect any information, we would update this policy and the app before doing so.
